During their employment with our organization, all drivers, including those employed by companies, owner-operators, and independent carriers, are provided with comprehensive professional training that covers various topics such as fatigue management and incident response. This training surpasses industry standards by incorporating road testing and semi-annual evaluations.
Prior to the commencement of any contract or project, job safety assessments are performed in an effort to proactively reduce the likelihood of incidents. A safety kick-off meeting is held on the first day, during which expectations regarding staging, in-and-out locations, and communication are discussed.
On a routine basis, our safety team conducts unannounced site visits to verify that our drivers are providing exceptional customer service and to inspect documentation, safety equipment, licenses, log books, daily trip inspections, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Reports are consistently followed through to action.
